seasiderita 29 Jun, 2021 Cilantro Lime and Black Bean Rice You will need:2 cups of vegetable broth1 cup of brown rice (or your favorite rice – with a 15 min cook time)1/4 tsp of Himalayan salt2 – 3 cloves of garlicthe juice from 1 freshly squeezed lime ( or 2, if you are like me and love limes!)15 oz can of black beans – drained and rinsed1/2 cup of freshly chopped cilantroCook rice in vegetable broth according to directions.Once done, remove from heat and add all of the remaining ingredients. Stir a few times and you are ready to enjoy!It is that easy!
