You will need:
- 2 cups of fresh blueberries
- 2 tbsps of honey
- 2 tbsps of balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 tsp of pink Himalayan salt
- 1/4-1/2 tsp of crushed rosemary
- 2 ounces of goat cheese
- 4 ounces of cream cheese
Once both cheeses reach room temperature mix them together or whip them with a mixer if you prefer.
Toss remaining ingredients in a sauce pan and cook on medium heat for 10 mins.
Let the blueberry mixture cool. They will have a gelatin like consistency.
Spread cheese into your favorite serving dish and top with blueberry mixture.
Serve with sesame toast, your favorite bread or crackers.
