Fresh peach salsa. Great with toast, corn chips or as a topping for your favorite fish.

So easy to make! You’ll need:

• one peach, skinned and chopped
• 7 – 8 fresh cherries – seeds removed and chopped
• 4 sprigs of cilantro, chopped
• juice from one lime

Mix all the ingredients together, let sit in the refrigerator for 30 minutes, then serve.
